Attested copies of all educational certificate and other qualifications, age, caste along with other testimonials.Two copies of recent passport size photographs duly attested by Gazetted Officer.
Application will enclosed a self addressed envelope affixing postal stamp Rs. 5/- along with the application. Application and other documents should be put inside the envelope, on which the applicant should already clearly mentioned the post applied for.
